I’ve been doing a logo for Dan’s site as he’ll be doing a new design soon. I thought it may be of interest to see the progression of the logo from early ideas to the final logo that Dan likes, using various colours.

Personally (if he is going to go on other peoples views)I think that the top left in green is good, but maybe put a bit bolder (if that’s possible), but not as bold as the bottom 2 on the left.
I don’t like any of the dual coloured ones or the last two on the left as they look like his first name is Dani; and obviously it is not.

I agree about it looking a bit like Dani Atkinsoni.
On the left, I like the one at the bottom, and I like the bottom four on the right. Though if the pink was a different colour on the second one, I’d like that better, because the blue stands out.
What does the pink look like with the Empire colours, Rich?

I’ve added a new one (ignore the colours, these can be changed).
I’ve removed the | strip as quite a few people say it made it look like Dani.

Preferred seeing Atkinson in lower case, but not as bold as bottom right.
