Some logo designs I did a few weeks ago

Comments appreciated…..does this sound desperate

I was wondering what this blog would be like if it was bitchy. In my mind, it would become much like those teen films where the victim or ex-bitch photo copies the head bitch’s diary or journal thing which slags everyone off. In my case, people could print all my posts off and send them around work so I would be shunned by my colleagues.

After thinking this, I wondered if anyone would find my blog interesting. The Dan photoshopping is genius and many will appreciate. However, I can’t continue to photoshop dan because people will think I am strange. If I photoshop other people it will become repetitive/ turn into the bitch fest I mentioned earlier.

I thought of posting latest works/ work in progress. But the legal ramifications of posting Empire work is dubious. This I will need to check. Other thoughts have been to post website ideas and is what I will do now, you can steal them if you like.

Site Ideas

• Collective Novel. This site would let people write a novel. Why you ask? well, it would be made up of lots of differnet people’s inputs, a bit like a game I played as a youth. One person writes something, another writes a bit more etc until the novel is complete. Ideally, the finished novel would be published for people to buy the first collective web novel.
• Post-it note art. People put pictures up they’ve done on post-it notes and/or the site would let them draw on post-it notes.

and that’s it, after two+ years as web designer there are my BIG ideas…….what has become of me….

This impressive piece has just missed out on being in my portfolio slideshow, some would say it is too controversial, too cutting edge for release to the main stream, and thus, is displayed here, a more suitable environment for such as piece or artwork.

Dan was the lucky person to see what he would look like in all walks of life. He has never thanked me to this day for what I have done for him. Most people would never see themselves in these situations. He could ask himself “what would life be as an aristocrat?”, well he can see here for himself what it would be like, a truly privileged experience. Enjoy.

I intended to put stuff on here, like Photoshop of Dan and other interesting stuff. Maybe I will write about design, maybe I will put cool website on here like Bee Dogs, who knows what the future holds, but what a journey it will be. O yea.
